Best of June – in words and pictures！
HIGHLIGHTS: A TRIP TO SINGAPORE, A NEW PAIR OF BLUE BALLERINAS AND SPORTS IN THE PARK.
June is gone – and it has been amazing. Personally, I celebrated the 15th anniversary with my husband. We flew to Singapore, dressed up and went for dinner at White Rabbit – an old church converted into a chic n’ airy beauty. Nice times. I also did some serious shopping there – not sure what else you could actually do in a such a glittery city. Bought a couple of fitness sets – because I end up wearing them at least 3 times per week – a pair of Repetto flats I’ve been dreaming about for years and some jewellery pieces from local independent designers. And I can’t wait to show you.
For the Coffee Table I met the inspiring Andrew from Obentos, and discussed with him about health and entrepreneurship, Cathy from Paper Provision, who made it her mission to make the world more chic, and, among the others, Lio He, who designs amazing silk scarves.
I’ve attended Tommy Hilfigher’s show in Beijing – and it was definitely WOW.
I’ve been doing lots of reading and a bit of yoga. They are both helping me face the stressing times I’m going through. I have a new resolution, and it’s about going out and running more often, at least when the weather is nice. My husband is setting the example – he wakes up three times per week at 7.30 and goes running before work. He comes back home with such a big smile on his face I’m almost jealous.
This is pretty much it. I’m sure July is going to be at least as much as fun – and I look forward to it.
